A Taste of The Crescent City

  • June,12th,2009 at 1:28 PM

Here are a few of the New Orleans “originals” I’ve been chomping down.

If you’re wondering where the pictures of all the gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and rice, andouille sausage, alligator, crawfish and various Étouffée dishes are, well, I just couldn’t help myself; I didn’t have the will power to snap a photo before I demolished them.

Good thing the seafood and tomato festivals are this weekend.  Time to loosen the belt.
