I apologize for the lack of updates as of late.  I’ve been soaking up the northern California culture and due to a lack of Internet access, I haven’t been able to post as much as I would like.

I’ve had the pleasure to make the acquaintance of an interesting group of people lately.  I met an excellent jazz pianist, a magician, a former psych ward psychologist and a beekeeper.  The food here has been a range from excellent Chinese to obnoxiously organic and everything in between.  San Francisco is an interesting place, indeed.

Despite the lack of blog activity, however, I have a few intriguing posts coming soon.  There are several interesting restaurants sample, a lot of great beers to try and, if all my lucky stars align, there is a chance I may meet Anchor brewery president Fritz Maytag for a personal tour of his beer making facilities.  

In the midst of all this I’m searching for brewery jobs and, lucky stars be damned, hoping for the best.
