Put Down that Gatorade!

I stumbled upon an old study in Spain shows that beer provides more hydration than water after physical activity. 

Although the study neglects to test the alcoholic elixir against Gatorade, juice or any other liquid, I have to give it to the Spaniards.  After living in the land of flamenco, tapas and bullfighting for half a year I can attest to their devotion to hydration.

Do like the Spanish do!  Make sure you grab a six pack in order to properly hydrate after you next 5K.
