A few weeks ago I wrote about the Oregon Bounty Cuisinternship contest. Oregon Bounty was giving seven lucky individuals the opportunity to win the internship of their dreams in one of seven culinary fields. All that was required to enter was a short video as to why you need to win.

Since I moved to Portland in order to get into brewing, I obviously jumped at the chance to win a week internship at the Full Sail Brewery in Hood River; I’d be scrubbing kegs, learning about fermentation and, well, making beer!

All of the videos were posted on You Tube and you can see mine here. My friend Sean sliced and edited this tasty little clip with my own music, a bit of narration and plenty of photos I’ve taken on the road. He does great work and you can see more of his pieces at his website, Hero Status Films.
