Due to the magic of technology, I was treated to a delicious brew.  A beer so dear to my heart because I was only able to drink during a week I spent in Wisconsin.

My girlfriend pulled a beer geek swap with a gentleman from Wisconsin for New Glarus’ Fat Squirrel.

During our travels from New York to Oregon, we stopped at the New Glarus brewery to sample some of the suds from the award-winning brewery.  Unfortunately for everyone who doesn’t live in Wisconsin, Fat Squirrel and every single New Glarus brew are available only in state that prides itself on being America’s Dairy Land.  Unless you live in or near Wisconsin you’ll never be able to try it.  Unless, of course, you have access to the Internet…

Ever since I drank my fill at the N.G. brewery—and later in a Madison hotel—I’ve dreamed of the time my lips would sip a malty N.G. brew.  Yesterday, technology made my day again.
