You get the idea. Basically, we were aiming to produce a strong IPA around 7-8% alcohol by volume but instead created a 13% ABV behemoth. I won’t be able to really taste the beer until Wednesday—we just pressurized it so we’re letting it settle down—but after my sample pour, I can safely predict this beer will annihilate anyone who gets in its path.
