I started my new job at the Chelsea Brewing Company today.  While I was only hired as a waiter, I made it very, very clear that I would do any and everything to learn the brewing.

It looks like I got my intentions across because in addition to having a full work week, I will report to the brewery at 8:30 am on Thursday and start my brewing education.  Thursday morning, I’ll be up bright and early, scrubbing, cleaning and filling kegs!

Chelsea Brewing, hopefully you’ll make my dreams come true sooner than I originally thought.
